Why donate to SANE?
In 2024, more than 18,600 contacts were made by our SANEline Services.
SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering FREE specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers.
Our trained volunteers also provide support via Text, Email and Call Back services.
Through our Services team, we run a number of front-line services supporting people struggling with their mental health by providing compassionate emotional support, alleviating isolation, and working alongside individuals to encourage and assist their efforts to navigate the mental health system.
At SANE, we do not receive any government or lottery funding and rely entirely on voluntary donations.

Send a text message from your mobile phone to a short code text message number. The donation gets added to your pay monthly bill or taken off your pay as you go credit.
