“I love painting and drawing in various media including watercolour and water based oils….. In my current artwork I’m experimenting both with drawing and colour. My drawings are often of intimate, sometimes domestic scenes. The everyday objects and plants have a strong presence, both in themselves and in the absence of figures.”

The SANE Creative Awards Scheme in collaboration with The Open University, aims to improve the quality of life for those with mental health problems, their families and carers, by helping them to fulfil their creative potential.
