Her new book, The Gift of Teenagers: Connect More, Worry Less, was recently serialised in The Daily Mail and is available to purchase here. Lynn Crilly (Author)
Lynn is a counsellor, master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming and self-help writer, known for her empathetic and practical approach to mental health. She is the author of several books in her acclaimed “Hope with” series, including Hope with Anxiety, Hope with OCD, and Hope with Eating Disorders, all of which are available to purchase here. Her work has helped countless individuals and families navigate the challenges of mental illness. For every copy she sells, Lynn generously makes a donation to SANE in support of the charity’s work to improve mental health for all.
